CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary: however, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations and/or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged the full price of the service via credit card on file. Thank you for your understanding and support in helping us serve all our clients effectively.
